Hoag, Tami

Tami Hoag is an American author. She was born in Cresco, Iowa, and grew up in the small town of Harmony in southeast Minnesota. She wanted to be a writer from a young age, but unlike most American authors she never attended college. After high school she got a job at the subscription department of the Wisconsin newspaper The La Crosse Tribune. Before her breakthrough she worked, among other things, as a designer toilet seat saleswoman, photographer’s assistant, wedding singer and horse trainer.
