Eva-Marie Liffner is a Swedish author and journalist born in Gothenburg where she still lives together with her partner. She grew up in Frölunda in the 1950s, and she has inherited her mother’s love of books. Before becoming a journalist she read archaeology and history of ideas with a view to post-graduate studies. She has been described as an author that borrows extensively from the Romantic tradition and an original voice in Swedish contemporary letters.
